It is my privilege to serve Loyola College of Arts and Science, Mettala, an institution rooted in the noble educational mission of the Society of Jesus. As Treasurer, I consider it a sacred responsibility to ensure that the financial resources entrusted to us are managed with integrity, transparency, and accountability, in faithful service of our mission.
At Loyola College, finance is not merely about numbers; it is about stewardship. Every resource is carefully administered to support academic excellence, infrastructure development, scholarships for the poor and marginalized, and programmes that promote holistic student growth. In a rural context where many of our students are first-generation learners, prudent financial planning becomes a means of empowerment and social transformation.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical governance and financial discipline, ensuring that every contribution—big or small—serves the larger vision of forming competent, committed, creative, and compassionate individuals. Our goal is to create a sustainable and responsible financial framework that strengthens the institution and expands opportunities for those who need them most.
May our collective efforts continue to uphold the Jesuit tradition of service, justice, and excellence, enabling Loyola College to remain a beacon of hope and opportunity for generations to come.
